turning wheels

Seems like a fair bit of a stretch to muse over aloof bicycle riding in hopes of adopting a similar summer past-time, what with the current mercury count singeing every follicle on the body, but ignorance is far from possible when the pioneer of heels on wheels, Catherine Baba, serves as the inspiration point. Though, heels are not my forte. Albeit, it's hard to resist a good prop-up on old faithful (naming bikes now) when that whole vignette has become a clichéd depiction of alternative sporty style. Even more when the majority of cross-town riders are women, but that's beside the point...

The point is as vague as the destination of the sherbet-clad stylist mounting on this sentence. But then again, vague is good when it comes to this sort of thing. It wards off one-track minds, adds mystery to the bunch, and sways me into stepping out the boundaries. All that's left is to rummage for a two-wheeler. I just hope it accommodates a pair of creepers.

Baba on a bike is perfection. You hardly see stylish men ridin around but maybe street style photogs don't bother. Would love to see your interpretation! Your taste is so Impeccable Ricardo!

simple detail may be a drug for you (as you said in your "at the seams" post) but your diction is MY drug. So incredibly chic through the written word ;)

bike-riding for summer? So cliche. That Hanneli girl, Man Repeller, Sartorialist, are all into it and it's getting annoying. I HOPE you don't partake in that and become part of the crowd. I love your uniqueness way too much :)
